There are no refunds on any event tickets except as required by law.
** Miles Back to the Bush Festival recommends purchasing appropriate Travel Insurance to cover for any unforeseen circumstances such as illness, etc. **   Every patron must have a valid ticket.

Should any of the following occurrences occur, ticket holders will be offered the choice of either
a) a credit for entry to the next Miles Back to the Bush Festival
or b) a full refund. Refund will be automatically processed by our systems and the funds credited to the card used to make the purchase.

Occurrence 1: Government travel restrictions preventing ticket holders from attending.
Occurrence 2: Government Health regulations determine the event needs to be cancelled.
Occurrence: 3: A ticket holder develops Covid-19 symptoms and informs the Festival prior to the event via info@backtothebushfestival.com.au or are refused entry at the entrance gates due to symptoms.

By completing this purchase you agree:
- I will not attend Festival events if unwell
- I will seek assistance from the first aid station or event officials if I become unwell during the event
- I will maintain physical distancing requirements
- I am aware that organisers request that I download the Commonwealth Government COVID-19 app prior to attending the event.

Ticket holders are ineligible to attend the event if:
i. You have been in close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19
ii. You are positive for COVID-19
iii. You have travelled to a declared COVID-19 Hotspot in the previous 14 days

Miles Back to the Bush Festival assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission, or line failure and reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute events or artists and to vary the program should the need arise.

Photographs and video will be taken during the festival and by purchasing a ticket you grant organisers the right to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for that might include (but is not limited to), printed and online publicity, social media and future promotional activities.

A full accommodation refund will be provided in the event that the purchaser cancels minimum 3 days prior to booking arrival date, otherwise the first night will be charged at full rate.  All cancellation requests must be received via info@backtothebushfestival.com.au

Cancellation conditions for Steam Train as follows:
14 Days or less prior to Event: No refunds permitted for bookings cancelled on or after 26 August 2021.
30-15 Days Prior to Event: 50% of total booking value will be refunded between 10 August and 25 August 2021
Up to 31 Days Prior to Event: Full refund available up until and including 9 August 2021.
