The Back-to-the-Bush Festival in Miles is your heritage train destination for your 3 day outback adventure. Accommodation in Chinchilla (2 nights), all bus, meals and event entrance fees included. This is the ‘Downs Explorers’ third tour on the western line. You must experience this nostalgic event!

 

DAY 1 Toowoomba – Friday 12th September

8:30am Arrive at Toowoomba Railway Station Railway Street Toowoomba QLD. You will be allocated a railway carriage and seat.

9:30am Depart Toowoomba Railway Station.

11:30am-1:00pm Lunch stop in Dalby

2:30pm Arrive in Chinchilla for overnight stay

 

DAY 2 Saturday 13th September

8:30-10:00am Train to Miles to explore the Back to the Bush Festival! Festival entry included in tickets. Enjoy the street parade, Tough Bugger competitions, tractor pull, street markets, beer festival and so much more.

4:00pm Train leaves Miles and returns to Chinchilla for overnight stay

 

DAY 3 Sunday 14th September

9:00am Train departs Chinchilla

11:00am-12:15pm Lunch stop in Dalby

3:00pm Arrive Toowoomba
