The Bushwalk
Enjoy a 5km walking track through a local private property which has scenic lookout spots along the Dogwood Creek. Allocate around 1.5 – 2 hours for a leisurely walk and stopping to take in the views. Keep an eye out for some local animals – kangaroos and fairy wrens to name a few! There are some sections where there is the option for an easier path or a more difficult path.
The track is slashed but uneven and not suitable for prams / trollies / wheelchairs as there are some gullies and sandy hill climbs. Closed in shoes are essential. Small children must be monitored at all times as there are some gullies and steep cliff edges along the creek. Pets on leads are welcome but please be mindful of native fauna and that you are on private property, you must clean up any messes on the track to be mindful of other bushwalkers. Please note that there are a number of Wattle and Pine Trees along the entire track – please be prepared for any allergies.
