This is the Downs Explorer’s first trip on the western line.  The steam train will depart Chinchilla Saturday morning and pull in to the station at Miles at around 9.30am **NOTE TIME CHANGED

Be there to welcome the train and after the passengers have disembarked you are welcome to do a walk through the train to check it out.  There’ll be some vintage cars and horse & cart at the station, plus Devonshire Teas next to the station at the Senior Citizens building and the Chinchilla Concert Band will be performing from 9am in ANZAC Park, so plan to be here on festival Saturday for all the excitement!
