Did you Know?…
The Condamine Bell was invented in the Miles area – in the village of Condamine! In 1867-68 a local blacksmith named Samuel William Jones invented the Condamine ‘Bullfrog’ cowbell. It was tied around the necks of cattle and bullocks and ensured the stockmen could locate cattle and even able to determine the distance of a bullock by the sound of its bell. It is claimed it could be heard from seven miles (11.2km) away.

No need to pre-register… just join in the fun on the day!

Devonshire Tea available in the Red Rose Cafe: 11am to 4pm on Saturday.
